This is kind of a cute pic 
Its Roger and Eloise (pronounced ella-weez) behind a building at night. Roger stays up pretty late, so Eloise tries to stay up with him, but she's just a kid.
Eloise is an 8 year old orphan girl who befriends Roger (that will be explained later) and because of a traumatized past, doesn't speak.
She sees Roger as a parent figure, but Roger sees her as....well, her his "Girlfriend"

The scene reminds of this old David Carridine movie I saw once about train robbers during the great depression called "Box car Bertha" Warning:It R for Violence amongst other things.
Anyway I Roger is well posed Eloise's pose could use some work,her right arm should more visible and the left angled a bit better.I really like the character design and coloring.
